How to apply for and claim the Active Kids Vouchers (AKV)

Each year families are eligible to receive a $50 voucher per child (4.5 -18 years) from the state government to use towards ongoing sports lessons.

Apply for AKV by visiting sport.nsw.gov.au/activekids and Active Kids information for parents to learn about the program.

Visit service.nsw.gov.au and create or log in to your MyServiceNSW Account.

Complete an Active Kids application through your MyServiceNSW Account. You will receive a voucher with a unique ID number for each child you register (available to download, print and email).
How to redeem the Active Kids Vouchers in ProVolley Academy

Complete the form below to have your voucher used for one of our programs. Once you complete the form below, we will send a follow-up email to confirm the validation of your voucher, and please note that it can take up to 7 days.

Once you redeemed it here ($50), use the following promo code while registering and paying the program fee ACTIVE_KIDS_PVA

Would you please ensure you list all children and correct voucher numbers separately, as this may delay the time taken to redeem your vouchers?
Terms and Conditions

The voucher will be redeemed upon its submission to ProVolley Academy.

As per conditions of Service NSW, the Active Kids voucher must be used for a structured program for a minimum of 8 weeks duration and for our school holiday programs.

If you have used your voucher for another program, it will no longer be valid and, therefore, can not be used by ProVolley Academy.

The Active Kids Voucher can be used for our holiday programs as we provide a minimum of four hours of physical activity.

Non-attendance in a program does not entitle credits to the voucher.

Under no circumstances is the Active Kids Voucher redeemable for cash. The vouchers are non-refundable or transferable.
